Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping to orders for more than 100 countries and for some reason there are a few areas that are not able for delivering.
Express Shipping: We cooperated with several courier companies: DHL/ UPS/ FedEx, etc.
Shipping Locations: Our main shipping address and return address are located in Jinan, China For the particular model(G1 and more new products in the future), we will provide rapid delivery from local warehouse if there are in stock .
Shipping time:
Standard Shipping: it usually takes 15-30 business days to receive the product after we processed the order.
Express Shipping: it usually takes 7-15 business days to receive the package.
Tracking information is not updated:
Tracking info may not be updated in time due to the process of the shipping company, the package is under process as long as the package could be tracked in the system. In addition, the package will be delivered to a third-party logistics company after it arrives in your country, and the tracking information will be updated by a third-party logistics company, when you find the tracking information lost, you can try to contact your local customs or post office.
Delays:
A special statement, package delay caused by force majeure events (such as multiple security checks，slow customs clearance process, natural disasters, severe weather, war, and any other events beyond our direct control), is not within the scope of our responsibility.
